A Moncton man charged with the murder of a Miramichi man has had his case adjourned until later this month.
20-year-old Michael Fallon appeared in Moncton provincial court yesterday.
He is charged with the second degree murder of 33-year-old Michael Adam Matchett.
It is alleged that Fallon assaulted Matchett at the Southwest Regional Correctional Centre in Shediac on Oct. 26th.
Matchett died of his injuries in hospital on Nov. 3rd.
Yesterday, Fallon’s lawyers asked for more time to review evidence in the case.
