Accused Fredericton shooter Matthew Vincent Raymond will undergo a 60 day psychiatric evaluation.
The 48-year-old was back in provincial court on Wednesday. The Crown has asked for the assessment to determine if Raymond is fit to stand trial.
He is charged with four counts of first degree murder in the Aug. 10th shooting deaths of two police officers and two civilians in the provincial capital.
Raymond will return to court on Dec. 4th. He has yet to officially enter a plea.
