While most of us where hunkered down during the latest winter storm, city police allege that at least one person may have been trying to take advantage of the situation.

The Miramichi Police Force is reporting that a 35-year-old woman was arrested in the early morning hour on Monday on Howard Street.

Police allege she had in her possession break and enter tools. They also say she was breaching curfew conditions.

She was held in custody for court.
